第一、中国知网的优点收录的中文文献比较全，非常适合做中文文献检索，同时还可以查阅学位论文，非常适合用来做新领域的知识了解，缺点是英文文献收录不全，查阅起来不是很方便，一般不用来查英文文献第二、中国生物医学数据库的优点，学科涉及基础医学、临床医学、预防医学、药学、中医学以及中药学等生物医学领域的各个方面，是目前国内医学文献的重要检索工具，缺点是文献对医学方面针对性较强，其他学科不够广泛第三、pubmed的优点，理工类的文章收录可以说非常全了，通过检索目标文献显示的被引文献和类似文献的相关性比较高，参考价值较大。另外PubMed可以接入Scihub和Scholarscope插件。在第一屏检索结果页面就能看到文献的影响因子、分区以及摘要信息，用来做信息筛选非常方便，还可以直接连接Scihub下载全文，真的非常非常好用，缺点是收且较昂贵。
