不是。SCI本身就是杂志的期刊可以检索数学、物理学、化学、天文学、生物学、医学、农业科学以及计算机科学、材料科学等学科方面重要的信息，生物资源技术只是SCI的一小部分，所以生物资源技术杂志不是SCI。
