物流文献英文

中国西北民族大学海外民族文献研究所24日披露，该所自2006年起整理出版流失在海外的敦煌古藏文文献，目前完成英藏9册、法藏22册(每册336页左右)，并正在推动古藏文文献的数字化建设，有望完成具备智能检索功能的数据库。这些文献由西北民族大学、上海古籍出版社、英国大英图书馆、法国国家图书馆合作编纂出版，流失海外的敦煌藏经洞藏文文献首次以出版形式回归故里。20世纪初，敦煌藏经洞发现的数万件珍贵古代文献文物流落海外。在这批流失的珍贵文物中，包括1万件左右的藏文文献，以及相当数量的回鹘文、粟特文、龟兹文、于阗文、梵文、希伯来文等写本。目前藏于英国国家图书馆和法国国家图书馆的敦煌藏文文献，是流失海外最大宗、最重要的民族古文字文献，具有极其重要的史料价值。据海外民族文献研究所副所长才让介绍，敦煌莫高窟藏经洞出土的大量文献中，古藏文文献数量仅次于汉文文献，系第二大类古文献。才让说，与国内相比，珍藏在英、法、美、日、俄等国家的敦煌古藏文文献内容十分丰富，除了佛教文献外，还有法律、社会契约、历史、医学、伦理、民间故事、语言等方面的文献。此外，还有译自梵文、汉文的文史类著作，比如印度著名史诗《罗摩衍那》，汉语古代著作如《战国策》片段的译文，也有儒家著作的翻译。据才让介绍，该所整理出版英藏9册、法藏22册的敦煌古藏文文献，历时13年，而这项工作还未结束，最终计划整理出版英藏15册、法藏30多册。此后，还将出版其他国家所藏古藏文文献。“有些文献只剩残存断片，文字模糊，内容解读会有一定困难。我们在仔细阅读和理解的基础上，与传世的佛教文献进行比对，然后对文献拟名。”才让说，由于按照英法对文献编号的顺序出版，每册所涉及的内容较为繁杂，并非单一文献。下一步，将对文献分类辑录，更便于研究。该所目前完成的敦煌古藏文文献影印本，也是英藏、法藏敦煌古藏文文献的首次完整出版。这将有利于研究公元8至11世纪吐蕃的历史文化及当时的民族文化交流史。来源：中国新闻网

（三）由预测转向终测。传统的流通模式通过预测下游通道的资源来进行各项物流作业活动，不幸的是预测很少会准确的，因而浪费了许多自然及商业资源。新兴的物流管理趋势是强调通道成员的联合机制，成员间愿意互换营运及策略的信息，尤其是内部需求及生产的资料，使得上游的企业无需去预测，流通模式是逐渐由预测基础转向终测基础发展。 （四）由经验积累转向变迁策略。一直以来经验曲线是企业用来分析市场竞争趋势及发展对应策略的方法，并以企业长年积累的经验作为主要竞争武器，然而科技的突飞进步，企业固守既有经验反而成为企业发展的障碍，因此在调度变化的环境下，经验及现存通道基础结构反变为最难克服的障碍，成功的企业要建立对策略方向的嗅觉和持续变迁管理体系才能生存。 （五）由绝对价值转向相对价值。传统财务评价只看一些绝对数值，新的评估方法将着重在相对价值的创造，亦即在通道中提供加值服务，顾客所增加的价值中企业可占多少比例。 （六）由功能整合转向程序整合。在竞争渠道日趋激烈的环境中，企业必须更快响应上、下游顾客的需要，因而必须有效整合各部门的营运，并以程序式的操作系统来动作，物流作业与活动多半具有跨功能，跨企业的特性，故程序式整合是物流管理成功的重点。 （七）由垂直整合转向虚拟整合。在传统渠道中，一些大企业进行通道的垂直整合，以期对通过掌握有更大的力量，事实证明这并不成功，反而分散了企业的资源，并将主业削弱。今日企业经营的趋势是专注核心业务，将非核心业务委托给专业管理公司去做，形成虚拟企业整合体系，使主体企业提供更好的产品及服务。 （八）由信息保留转向信息分享。在供应链管理结构下，供应链内相关企业必须将供应链整合所需的信息与其他企业分享，否则，无法形成有效的供应链体系。
